Event Details
Travel around the world with 7 different wines, each expertly paired with delicious food from 7 unique regions. This self-guided journey lets you explore at your own pace, with Rayson Wine Experts available to guide you through each global stop.
Sip on wine, enjoy live music, and browse local artisan and vendor booths as you take in the breathtaking views at Rayson. From the rich, savory flavors of France to the hearty, robust dishes of Germany, this event promises an experience you won’t forget.

Rayson Food & Wine Booths:
- Germany – Riesling paired with Sausage, Beer Cheese, and Pretzels
- France – Cab Franc paired with Mushroom Tart and French Cheese
- Russian/Georgian – Rkatsiteli paired with Blini and Smoked Salmon
- Italy – Sweet Vermouth paired with Bruschetta and Prosciutto/Fresh Mozzarella
- Spain – Rosé paired with Paella (Shrimp, Scallops, Mussels, Calamari, Saffron Rice)
- America – Cabernet Sauvignon paired with Cheeseburger Sliders
- Portugal – Blueberry Port OHW paired with Purim de Queijo (Goat Cheese Flan)

- We will be closed to the general public for dining and the event. Guests must have a ticket to enter.
Vendors:
Please complete the application below if you are interested. Rayson Winery & Vineyards will be selecting 15 vendors to participate in our event. Upon selection, a refundable deposit of $200 will be required to secure your spot, which will be refunded one to three business days after the event. If you fail to show up or cancel less than 72 hours prior to the event, the $200 deposit will not be refunded. A Rayson representative will contact you by April 1st, 2025 to inform you if you have been accepted or if we look forward to collaborating with you on a future opportunity. Applications will be accepted until March 20th, 2025.
Vendor Information & Application
Rayson Winery is excited to host Rayson Around the World, a two-day wine and food pairing event designed to delight the senses! We are curating a selection of 15 unique vendors to enhance this exclusive experience for our guests.
We welcome local artisans, boutiques, and specialty gift vendors to apply, along with two talented musicians to provide live entertainment. This 21+ event (no pets allowed) will primarily attract guests between the ages of 30-65.
We anticipate 150-300 ticketed guests per day.
Vendor Details:
- $200 Refundable Deposit* (see details below)
- WiFi Available
- Exposure to an engaged, high-end audience of wine and food enthusiasts
- Social media collaboration opportunities
- Approved vendors will have their logo showcased on our event page & marketing materials
- Bring your own tent (up to 12′ x 12′ in size).
- Please note, there are no electrical outlets or hookups available.
- Rain or Shine Event.
