Rayson Winery & Vineyards will be selecting vendors to participate in our event. Upon selection, a non-refundable deposit of $300 will be required to secure your spot. Deposit includes tent, table, 2 chairs, and access to event for 2 people.
A Rayson representative will contact you once an application has been received to inform you if you have been accepted or if we look forward to collaborating with you on a future opportunity. Applications will be accepted until July 1st, 2026.
Vendor Information & Application
Rayson Winery is excited to host Rayson Around the World for the second year! Our food and wine festival and pairing event is designed to delight the senses! We are curating a selection of unique vendors to enhance this exclusive experience for our guests!
We welcome local artisans, boutiques, and specialty gift vendors to apply. This 21+ event (no pets allowed) will primarily attract guests between the ages of 30-65. (ALL VENDORS AND GUESTS MUST BE 21+)
We anticipate 300-500 ticketed guests for the event.
Vendor Details:
- $300 Non-Refundable Deposit* (see details below)

- Exposure to an engaged, high-end audience of wine and food enthusiasts
- Social media collaboration opportunities
- Approved vendors will have their logo showcased on our event page & marketing materials
- Event tent, 6 or 8 foot table, and 2 chairs.
- Vendor must bring tablecloth.
- Please note, there are no electrical outlets or hookups available.

Food & Beverage:
Guests can purchase delicious offerings from a specially curated menu at Bistro Europa during the event.
