MENU 1: Rayson Around France
- Goat Cheese & Beet Salad – with field greens, beets, granny smith apples, shallots, candied walnuts, goat cheese, & honey balsamic. Paired with Rayson Rosé.
- Bacon & Egg d’Paris Risotto with peas, mushrooms, & parmesan. Paired with Rayson Chardonnay.
- Salmon Béarnaise with roasted potatoes & baked tomato. Paired with Cabernet Franc.
MENU 2: Rayson Around Italy
- Watermelon Burrata – Sweet Vermouth Blanc macerated watermelon, espelette peppers, sesame seeds, radish, pickled shishito peppers, cured deli meats, and blueberries. Paired with Rayson Rosé
- 3-Cheese Manicotti– with pesto cream sauce. Paired with Rayson Chardonnay.
- Bistro Barrel Steak with red wine demi-glace, roasted potatoes, and baked tomato. Paired with Cabernet Franc.

- Cottage Pie – ground beef, potato, seasonal vegetables. Paired with Cabernet Franc.
MENU 2: Bistro USA
- Cobb Salad – eggs, bacon, tomato, cheese, cucumber, croutons, ranch. Paired with Vidal Blanc.
- 3-Cheese Mac– parmesan, gouda, mozzarella, herbed breadcrumbs. Paired with Rayson Chardonnay.
- Shrimp & Grits – celery, onion, green bell peppers, andouille sausage. Paired with Cabernet Franc.
