Begin your visit with a welcome pour of wine as you take in the beauty of our estate. Enjoy a guided vineyard walk, followed by a behind-the-scenes look at our barrel room and winemaking process. Conclude with a private seated tasting of three wines, thoughtfully paired with small bites.

Our tasting room hours are as follows:


Monday-Wednesday: CLOSED
Thursday-Saturday: Open at 11AM-9PM.
Last wine tasting reservation at 6:30pm. Last dining reservation at 7:30pm.
Sunday: Open at 11AM-8PM. Last tasting reservation at 5:30pm.
Last dining reservation at 6:00pm.
Sunday Brunch: 11AM-2PM

Make a Dining Reservation

Reservations are required for all dining experiences. Rayson Winery operates as a 21+ venue, including infants and children. Outside food and beverages are not allowed, and pets are not permitted on the property. We offer water and wine only for drinks.

Reservations can be made via OpenTable or by calling Rayson Winery and Vineyards directly.

Book a Wine Tasting
