MENU 1: Rayson Around England
- Garden Salad – carrots, cucumbers, broccoli, squash, red onion, lemon vinaigrette. Paired with Vidal Blanc.
- Fish & Chips – battered cod, french fries, malt vinegar, tartar sauce, minty spring peas. Paired with Rayson Chardonnay.
- Cottage Pie – ground beef, potato, seasonal vegetables. Paired with Cabernet Franc.
MENU 2: Bistro USA
- Cobb Salad – eggs, bacon, tomato, cheese, cucumber, croutons, ranch. Paired with Vidal Blanc.
- 3-Cheese Mac– parmesan, gouda, mozzarella, herbed breadcrumbs. Paired with Rayson Chardonnay.
- Shrimp & Grits – celery, onion, green bell peppers, andouille sausage. Paired with Cabernet Franc.
