Experience the ultimate culinary adventure at our exclusive Rayson Chef Counter. With just six seats available, guests can watch our talented chefs masterfully create each dish in an intimate setting. This one-of-a-kind dining experience includes:

• A Single 6 PM Seating
• Features a 5-course tasting menu paired with wine
• $174 per person
• The menu includes a specialized course and tasting-size portions, all guided by the chef and server for a truly immersive experience.

We offer two exclusive private dining spaces:

• The Cabernet Sauvignon Room accommodates up to 10 guests, with a $800 minimum spend.
• The Vineyard Room offers seating for up to 8 guests and features a picturesque window overlooking the vines, with a $600 minimum spend.

Situated at the heart of our property, the Sunset and Sunrise Tables offer elegant al fresco dining on a spacious concrete patio beneath a charming veranda adorned with ceiling fans and chandeliers. These covered tables provide sweeping views of the vineyards and Rayson’s breathtaking sunsets, creating a relaxed, open-air setting for groups of up to 18 guests.

Our Veranda Patio offers a comfortable, heated, and enclosed setting during the winter months, complete with an inviting open fireplace. Guests can choose between lower bistro tables (accommodating up to 8 guests) or high-top tables (accommodating up to 18 guests), providing an ideal space for both intimate gatherings and larger parties.
