Join us Wednesday evenings for a curated culinary journey unlike any other. Enjoy chef selections served tapas-style, each thoughtfully paired with a distinctive Rayson wine chosen by our expert team. Enjoy 3 artfully crafted plates and 3 perfectly paired wines—all for just $49/Person.

MENU 1

  • Goat Cheese Tapenade – roasted red pepper + rustic bread. Paired with Rayson Rosé.
  • Black & White Caesar Salad – romaine, croutons, parmesan, black garlic caesar dressing (note* black garlic is fermented garlic and will add a brown hue to the dressing). Paired with Rayson Chardonnay.
  • Chicken Madeira with creamy peppercorn mushroom Madeira sauce, mashed potatoes, spinach & onion sauté. Paired with Élevage Rouge.

MENU 2

  • Beet & Goat Cheese Salad – field greens, beets, granny smith apples, shallots, candied walnuts, goat cheese, honey balsamic. Paired with Rayson Rosé
  • Chicken Gnocchi – capicola, manchego, spinach with creamy brown butter sage sauce. Paired with Rayson Chardonnay.
  • Argentinian Style Steak Frites – beef medallions (will be cooked med to med-rare) , parsley, chimichurri, pommes frites. Paired with Élevage Rouge.

Food will be available Thursday-Sunday beginning at 11AM. The last dining reservation Thursday-Saturday will be 7:30PM (winery closing time will be 9PM). The last dining reservation on Sunday will be 6PM (winery closing time will be 8PM).

Book a Wine Tasting
