Coq Au Vin– red wine mustard braised chicken thigh, bacon lardons, mushrooms, onions, over French mashed potatoes (Paired with Cabernet Franc)

Herb Crusted Oil & Butter Poached Haddock – tomato, garlic, lemon, capers, confit and baguette (Paired with Pearl D’Blanc)

Bacon & Egg d’Paris Risotto – peas, mushrooms, parmesan (Paired with Rayson Chardonnay)
