Our elegant Dining Room features a stunning chandelier, a captivating mural, and a tasteful selection of artwork and flowers. The space is complemented by beautifully crafted handmade tables, offering an intimate and sophisticated atmosphere for parties accommodating up to 6 guests.
Pearl D’ Blanc Grand Cru Experience
Experience the ultimate culinary adventure at our exclusive Grand Cru experience in our Pearl D’ Blanc Private Dining Room. With a maximum capacity of six, guests will experience an intimate culinary journey designed for those who appreciate the extraordinary.
This multi-course tasting will showcase exquisitely crafted dishes, each thoughtfully paired with an award-winning Rayson wine to create perfect harmony on the palate.

- The Cabernet Sauvignon Room accommodates up to 10 guests, with a $800 minimum spend.

Sunrise & Sunset Tables
Situated at the heart of our property, the Sunset and Sunrise Tables offer elegant al fresco dining on a spacious concrete patio beneath a charming veranda adorned with ceiling fans and chandeliers. These covered tables provide sweeping views of the vineyards and Rayson’s breathtaking sunsets, creating a relaxed, open-air setting for groups of up to 18 guests.
Screened In Covered Veranda Patio
Our screened-in Veranda Patio offers a warm and inviting retreat during the winter months, featuring a comfortable, heated enclosure and a charming open fireplace. With bistro-style tables accommodating up to six guests, this welcoming space provides the perfect setting for intimate gatherings and larger parties alike.
